Act as a frontline marketing greeter promoting Westgate Resorts by engaging tourists, selling discounted attraction tickets and room nights, booking reservations, operating POS, balancing transactions, and delivering concierge-level customer service to drive resort tour sign-ups and commissions.

Provide employee relations and HR compliance support across resort properties: lead investigations, advise on employment law (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEO), manage documentation, handle unemployment and workers' comp, support HR operations, training, performance review processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

Perform data entry and verification of contract source documents, resolve discrepancies with preparers, maintain records and databases, prepare mailings, handle owner inquiries, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Answer inbound calls from property owners, review and process ownership documents for accuracy, update records in internal systems, perform data entry/scanning, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant document processing. Provide clear explanations to owners and support team tasks as assigned.
