Manage full-cycle accounts receivable: reconcile payments, prioritize and collect past-due invoices, record deposits (check/credit/EFT), prepare AR reports, maintain electronic records, support month-end close, and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance.

Lead and grow a district sales organization for fire alarm and security solutions. Hire, train, and manage sales representatives; set budgets and quotas; drive proposal generation, customer/vendor relationships, P&L performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with operations to support division growth and profitability.

Estimate and generate repair proposals for fire alarm, sprinkler, and life-safety system deficiencies, coordinate with customers and service teams to schedule repairs, track quotations, meet sales quotas, and act as the primary customer contact to ensure timely completion and excellent service.

Manage retention and renewals for service contracts in fire alarm, fire protection, and security. Proactively contact customers 120 days before renewal, re-estimate contract costs, achieve high renewal rates, address concerns, upsell across product lines, coordinate internally, and attend renewal and sales meetings. Build strong customer relationships and meet clients in person as needed.
