Proactively contact customers 120 days before renewal, re-estimate contracts, address concerns, present pricing escalations, upsell across product lines, track renewal dates, participate in monthly renewal meetings, and meet customers in person as needed to achieve a 95%+ renewal rate.

Manage retention and renewals for service contracts (fire alarm, fire protection, security). Proactively contact customers 120 days before renewal, re-estimate contracts, address concerns, upsell services, achieve high renewal rates, and coordinate internally to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead financial planning, reporting, internal controls, compliance, audits, and ERP deployment. Produce monthly/operational reports, manage cashflow, banking, bonding, DCAA/GAAP compliance, and partner with leadership to drive financial strategy and performance improvements.
