Lead branch operations for engineering, project execution, service and back-office teams in the fire and life safety industry. Ensure safety compliance, manage scheduling, billing, WIP and P&L, control costs, oversee assets and staffing, drive customer satisfaction and collaborate with sales to meet revenue and margin goals.

Manage and grow existing commercial accounts by selling fire and life safety system upgrades, additions, renovations, and retrofit projects. Build and maintain customer relationships, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and estimates, forecast sales, negotiate and close deals, and coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing service sales.

Lead a branch team across engineering, project execution, and service to ensure safety compliance, on-time project delivery, budgeting, WIP analysis, asset management, staffing, customer communication, and revenue/margin targets. Oversee scheduling, billing, collections, and performance development while supporting sales growth and controlling inspection/testing equipment.

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable: reconcile payments, prioritize and collect past-due invoices, record deposits (check/credit/EFT), prepare AR reports, maintain electronic records, support month-end close, and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance.

Design and engineer commercial fire alarm systems to NFPA codes and project specs. Produce AutoCAD floor plans, riser diagrams, schematics, power calculations, and panel layouts. Review designs for code and quality, lead design team activities, coordinate with sales and project managers, and ensure compliance with AHJ requirements and company procedures.

Sell and grow business for fire alarm, fire protection and related low-voltage systems through contractors and end-users. Prospect, prepare proposals and forecasts, influence specifications, manage CRM, follow up post-installation, meet quotas, and coordinate with operations, finance, and legal to close opportunities within assigned territory.

Manage project accounting: set up and close projects in the ERP, process change orders and estimate changes, enter timesheets, validate monthly charges, assist WIP analysis and month-end close, and complete special department projects.

Manage office administration, procedures, vendors, and supplies; handle AP/AR (including AIA construction billing), payroll, reception support, scheduling, and office policies. Supervise clerical staff, streamline processes, maintain inventories, coordinate with IT and HR, and support safety and company events.

Estimate and generate repair proposals for fire alarm, sprinkler, and life-safety system deficiencies, coordinate with customers and service teams to schedule repairs, track quotations, meet sales quotas, and act as the primary customer contact to ensure timely completion and excellent service.

Manage and retain service contracts for assigned customers/territory by proactively handling renewals, re-estimating contract costs, addressing customer concerns, upselling across fire alarm, sprinkler, and security lines, and collaborating internally to improve service delivery and achieve a 95%+ renewal rate.
