Serve as onsite IT liaison at the Forest Grove mill, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, routing), integrate IT and OT networks, administer Active Directory, produce documentation, provide on-call support and travel to other mill sites as needed, and collaborate with operations and corporate IT to ensure uptime in a manufacturing environment.

Lead scoping, planning, and execution of capital and process improvement projects in lumber manufacturing. Coordinate operations, maintenance, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards. Provide technical troubleshooting, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and contractor oversight, with hands-on onsite involvement as required.
