Support manufacturing engineering for HTS magnet assemblies: create and update SOPs, assist tooling/prototyping/commissioning, manage BOMs and inventory, evaluate vendor parts, track production metrics, and work with designers to incorporate shop-floor lessons. Also assist with basic IT/device support and documentation for employees.

Support design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of HTS magnet systems. Tasks include CAD and FEA, electromagnetic simulation, hardware prototyping, cryogenic and vacuum testing, instrumentation, electrical/control work, and data analysis using tools like COMSOL, ANSYS, Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW. Onsite role with hands-on lab work and physical requirements.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for HTS magnet production. Create work instructions, BOMs, and quality criteria; procure vendor hardware; scale prototype processes to production; onboard technicians; track program milestones; and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead verification and validation for superconducting magnets, cryogenic and vacuum systems. Develop test strategies, design/build cryogenic/high-power test stands, analyze failure modes, manage vendors, and lead a test engineering team to ensure safe, standards-compliant hardware validation for fusion systems.

Lead design and development of embedded control and data-acquisition electronics for power and control systems. Tasks include schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, prototype bring-up, debugging, signal integrity and isolation design, and cross-functional integration with firmware, power electronics, and diagnostics teams to ensure reliable, high-performance control hardware.

Provide high-level operational support to the CEO by owning calendar and inbox management, scheduling and coordinating meetings, trips, and events, triaging communications, drafting and proofreading materials, tracking action items, and partnering with executive leadership to ensure priorities and follow-through.

Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team: manage calendars, communications, travel, meetings, action-item tracking, and special projects. Anticipate needs, draft and proofread materials, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep leadership aligned and prepared.

Design and develop high-current HTS magnet power supply systems: select topology, specify components, simulate converter behavior, integrate control hardware/firmware, implement protection and thermal management, perform PCB/mechanical integration, prototype, test, and optimize converters for reliable, scalable operation.

Own corporate accounting operations including month‑end/year‑end close, GL management, AP and procurement oversight, ERP and PO integration, financial reporting, grant and R&D tax credit administration, multi‑state tax compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness to support FP&A, investors, and tax incentive optimization.

Design, build, and test HTS magnets; develop specifications and optimize designs with multiphysics simulation; create design tools and analysis software (Python); support manufacturing, tooling, vendor collaboration, and magnet testing; track program milestones and communicate with stakeholders.
