Own corporate accounting operations including month‑end/year‑end close, GL management, AP and procurement oversight, ERP and PO integration, financial reporting, grant and R&D tax credit administration, multi‑state tax compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness to support FP&A, investors, and tax incentive optimization.

Design, build, and test HTS magnets; develop specifications and optimize designs with multiphysics simulation; create design tools and analysis software (Python); support manufacturing, tooling, vendor collaboration, and magnet testing; track program milestones and communicate with stakeholders.

Own and execute Thea Energys marketing and brand strategy: social media, content calendar, creative production, web presence, events, PR, and performance analytics. Translate complex fusion science into accessible narratives and manage vendors to build consistent brand identity.

Design, build, and test high-temperature superconducting (HTS) magnets. Develop specifications, run multiphysics simulations, create design tools and analysis software, support manufacturing and vendor collaboration, implement tooling, execute magnet testing, and report progress against program milestones.
