Manage daily Shopify Plus e-commerce operations, execute product launches and promotions, optimize merchandising and UX, support paid acquisition by ensuring site readiness, analyze performance with GA4 and reporting tools, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and run conversion optimization and A/B testing to drive revenue and retention.

Support day-to-day Shopify Plus operations: maintain product catalogs, coordinate product launches, execute merchandising updates, run QA checks, generate ecommerce reports (Excel/Sheets/GA4), and assist automation and cross-functional collaboration to improve processes.

Own accounting operations, financial reporting, month- and year-end close, internal controls, cash flow forecasting, and financial systems. Build scalable processes, partner with leadership, Operations, and Sales, and provide financial insights to support disciplined growth.

Drive new business for a portfolio of fashion brands by managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing account management to meet revenue and profitability targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Oversee end-to-end wholesale order fulfillment: manage order flow, warehouse and 3PL coordination, inventory accuracy, retailer compliance, routing, and performance tracking. Partner with Sales and Finance to align forecasts with capacity, resolve fulfillment issues, develop SOPs, and provide operational reporting to the Director of Wholesale.
