In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. Responsibilities
- Must Be Mid Level in Excel - PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.
- Use logical and math functions such as SUMIF, COUNTIF, and nested IF statements.
- Clean and format raw data using Text-to-Columns, Remove Duplicates, and Conditional Formatting.
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage digital and physical records
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Follow data entry procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of databases and data management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
