Lead development, growth, and day-to-day management of sports programs (camps, volleyball, soccer, etc.). Supervise Program Coordinators and instructional staff, design lesson plans, deliver excellent customer service, collaborate on marketing and events, prioritize tasks, and drive program innovation and business results within the sports complex.
