Support HR operations including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, onboarding, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, OSHA and workers' compensation tracking, and maintaining confidential records. Participate in orientations, training programs, background checks, and audits while collaborating with leadership to improve retention and HR processes.
