Lead execution and optimization of chatbot and conversational AI across customer and internal use cases. Design and test conversational flows, structure knowledge and FAQs for accurate AI responses, monitor performance, and enable teams through training, playbooks, and change management. Collaborate with CX, sales, onboarding, and Digital/IT to prioritize AI self-service opportunities and support launches and vendor platforms.

Manage customer orders and quotes for a defined territory, coordinating between customers, territory managers, operations, traffic and credit. Maintain pricing/product accuracy, log CRM interactions, support logistics and shipments, attend sales meetings, provide account coverage, and participate in account reviews. Aim to meet sales metrics and support continuous improvement.

Sell products and service existing accounts while developing new accounts; meet sales objectives through relationship-building, presentations, and market analysis. Monitor competitors, resolve customer complaints, train sales outlet personnel, maintain market evaluation reports, and log customer activity in CRM. Requires extensive travel and onsite jobsite visits.
