Examine, analyze, and maintain company accounting records to ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance research, and reports. Support month/quarter/year-end closings, leased asset schedules and disclosures, work with stakeholders to resolve variances, and improve financial reporting processes.

Lead investigations into complex customer complaints and dealer escalations using advanced analytics and root cause methodologies. Mine and model data, build dashboards, identify trends and drivers, recommend corrective actions, and present insights to leadership while partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Audit vehicle remarketing transactions, condition reports, and auction listings for accuracy and compliance; analyze performance metrics; identify process gaps; recommend and support corrective actions; collaborate with cross-functional teams; maintain QA documentation; and support system testing and enhancements for remarketing platforms.

Lead and execute process improvement initiatives across operations, finance, and compliance using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Design Thinking. Manage enterprise process management system implementation, partner with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, recommend automation (BPM/RPA), train teams, and drive change to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Design, configure, and implement business rules, credit/funding logic, automated workflows, and UI enhancements in the loan originations system. Translate stakeholder requirements into executable system logic, validate configurations, troubleshoot production issues, support vendor integrations, document technical configurations, and contribute to sprint-based feature delivery.

Design, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning and instructor-led training materials. Collaborate with subject-matter experts, manage instructional design projects, review and edit content, propose creative learning solutions, and coach junior team members to improve training effectiveness and processes.
