Leads Gulf Coast JFCS's annual fundraising campaign, major gifts, donor cultivation, gala execution, and corporate engagement. Develops fundraising plans, manages budgets and performance benchmarks, secures significant gifts, writes donor communications, supports volunteers and staff, and builds donor relationships. The role requires campaign and event leadership, face-to-face fundraising, stewardship, CRM proficiency, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Research, write, and submit corporate, foundation, and municipal grant proposals; prospect and analyze funding opportunities; coordinate budgets, reporting, and compliance; maintain grants calendar and systems; and collaborate with program, finance, and leadership teams for post-award management.

Provide clerical and administrative support for a department or program: manage systems and workflows, schedule and coordinate meetings and program logistics, answer phones, prepare and edit documents and presentations, perform data entry and maintain records, manage office supplies and petty cash, file and scan documents, and perform other assigned office duties to support staff and stakeholders.
