Serve as first point of contact at the Community Support Hub: greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage sign-in logs, schedule appointments, provide basic program information, assist with client intake and resource distribution, maintain confidentiality and a clean reception area, perform light administrative tasks, and handle occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.).

Manage and perform comprehensive background screenings (fingerprinting, criminal, MVR, sex offender, education, employment, references), maintain ORR portal roster and TB/immunization trackers, ensure legal and ORR compliance, coordinate with vendors, communicate results to stakeholders, and maintain confidential records.

Monitor and evaluate human services programs for compliance and performance; prepare monitoring reports; support corrective action plans; review incidents; ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance; assist with funder audits and related tasks.

Provide operational leadership for marketing and development: manage donor CRM and gift processing, reconcile donations with Finance, support communications and marketing production, coordinate vendors and events, and maintain reporting and stewardship workflows.
