Perform SETA systems engineering and technical assistance for an IC customer: support network infrastructure provisioning, troubleshoot Layer 2/3 issues, recommend architectures and acquisitions, document and present findings, and support cloud and high-speed/Big Data environments.

Provide continuous monitoring (ConMon) cyber engineering support: mature ISCM program, generate process improvements, collect and report ConMon data/metrics, validate BOEs, mentor ISSOs, assist SCAs/FISMA/IG teams, and recommend ESS tool improvements to support risk decisions across the enterprise.

Provide administrative and coordination support including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements and vouchers, meeting and correspondence preparation, document and governance coordination, and in/out processing for contractors. Ensure briefs and correspondence are formatted and processed correctly.

Lead design and implementation of software for OPIR/proliferated constellation projects. Develop, modify, and test code (Python/C++), apply Agile practices, mentor teams, gather client requirements, and present technical solutions. Must hold TS/SCI with polygraph.

Designs and analyzes system and user interfaces, defines system requirements and program specifications, coordinates implementation with programmers, evaluates performance, downtime and proposed upgrades, and develops alternative system solutions. Works closely with functional users to ensure correct implementation and system tuning.

Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar and conference room management, travel arrangements and vouchers, briefing and correspondence review, coordinating decision documents and governance artifacts, and managing in/out processing documentation for contractors.

Provide senior-level Windows server administration: build, configure, maintain, baseline, patch, and troubleshoot servers; manage asset records, backups, change requests, and provide pager/remote support. Participate in TEMs, produce build reports, and coordinate installations under tech lead oversight.

Provide IT guidance, develop and maintain IT strategy to support a government customer. Interact with clients, meet rigid deadlines, and perform analytic and customer-facing duties. Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required.

Design, analyze, and implement network architectures and strategies ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and security requirements. Define and validate technical solutions, configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Ethernet, wireless), perform installation and maintenance, and collaborate with IT leadership to align architecture with organizational goals.
