Two-year graduate rotational programme with a one-year Strategic Marketing assignment supporting the VCP program in Dessel. Conduct market research, identify new markets, refine value propositions, collaborate with sales, prepare strategic recommendations, and support go-to-market activities.

Lead sales activities for Sibelco products within assigned sub-region to achieve volume, net sales and gross margin targets. Identify new opportunities, commercialize products, develop new applications, build market intelligence, manage customer portfolio, and support export/trading activities.

Support environmental permitting, compliance, risk management, land‑closure planning, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability initiatives across operational sites. Monitor regulatory developments, coordinate EIAs and audits, manage environmental KPIs, contribute to GIS/spatial data, and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce emissions, water use, waste, and biodiversity impacts.

Support in-house legal team with corporate governance, entity management, litigation support, legal holds, contract lifecycle management, legal spend/budgeting, reporting/analytics, and legal operations projects. Coordinate board/committee activities, manage e-discovery and matter databases, maintain contract repositories, support compliance and due diligence, and implement legal technology and process improvements.

Two-year graduate rotation focused on process and laboratory improvement at the Dessel plant. Responsibilities include analysing production bottlenecks, optimising bagging operations, developing and validating XRF methods, improving sample preparation (wax pellets, glass bead fusion), implementing process enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting project findings to stakeholders.

Manage regional sourcing and sales of recycled glass: identify and secure suppliers, negotiate contracts, ensure quality and logistics, develop non-traditional supply channels, build market intelligence, collaborate cross-functionally, and train others to support volume and margin goals.

Provide strategic and tactical HR business partner support across multiple locations. Advise management on staffing, succession, performance, compensation, employee relations, training, and compliance. Lead HR projects, track HR metrics, conduct investigations, and partner with business and HR teams to drive talent attraction, retention, and operational alignment.
