Manage all baseball and softball programming including leagues, teams, tournaments, camps, staffing, facility and equipment oversight, payroll, budgeting, and community engagement. Recruit, train, and evaluate coaches, coordinate schedules and partnerships, ensure safety and customer service, and work with leadership to meet financial and operational goals.

Create and finalize digital and video assets, HTML5 banners, motion graphics, and social paid ads. Build comps, retouch photos, prepare mechanical files for print/digital, manage project requests via Zendesk, maintain file handoffs, and support creative team workflows while staying current on design and social trends.

Support execution of basketball leagues, tournaments, camps, and special events. Assist with court setup/breakdown, scoreboard and scorekeeping, registration/check-in, schedule coordination, team and guest support, equipment maintenance, and ensuring events run on time and professionally.

Identify, engage, and enroll prospective lacrosse student-athletes (grades 5–PG). Build recruiting pipeline, evaluate talent at events, manage relationships with coaches and families, support admissions and enrollment, track recruiting metrics, and represent the Academy at events to drive roster and enrollment growth.
