Lead nationwide business development for electronic recycling, managing and coaching BDMs, building partnerships (OEMs, ITAD, municipalities), driving revenue growth, expanding markets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals. Provide forecasts and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Compliance.
