Process invoices using paperless proformas, ensure billing compliance with client guidelines, review aged unbilled WIP, provide expense backup, send monthly statements and follow up on A/R, respond to billing inquiries, assist with special projects, and support cross-functional finance tasks.

Provide patent prosecution and client management within a patent practice. Requires technical background (EE, CS, or Mechanical) and 3+ years' attorney experience. Prefer candidates with law firm patent prosecution experience, existing client portfolio, and experience drafting software or machine learning patent applications.

Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys including conflict checks, matter setup, calendar and deadline management, document and case file organization, billing/time entry assistance, client and opposing counsel communication, travel coordination, and general office tasks.
