Meet potential clients, assess cases, gather evidence (photos/video/documents), finalize representation contracts, consult attorneys on complex issues, submit reports, and perform related office duties. Spanish fluency required.

Manage personal injury case files, deadlines, documents, medical records, bills, provider information, and lien or billing issues. Serve as the primary client contact, provide case updates, address concerns, and collect required information. Maintain case management databases, collaborate with attorneys and legal staff, and participate in case reviews and team meetings.

Manage and grow the firms referral network, act as primary contact for inbound/outbound referrals, coordinate communication between teams and partners, schedule meetings, generate referral contracts, track referrals and co-counsel fees, perform data entry, and assist with inbound calls and partnership development.
