Provide first-level application support and system maintenance for assigned Epic modules, develop and optimize reports/dashboards, perform data extraction and validation, participate in testing and change control, collaborate with clinicians and business stakeholders, and maintain system documentation and training materials.

Manage daily operations of the Supply Cart System including staffing, inventory planning and control, budgeting and charge systems, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and talent management.

Provide routine administrative and clerical support for the Simulation Education Center: schedule meetings and travel, prepare and maintain electronic documents/files and reports, assist with data collection/backups and budget information, support personnel changes, and perform other assigned duties. Day shift, Monday–Friday.

Supervise payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and payments, compliance with IRS and external reporting, and documentation of payroll processes. Lead payroll system testing and upgrades, resolve technical payroll issues, manage benefit setup and deduction codes, identify process improvements, and serve as subject-matter expert and escalation point. Provide backup payroll processing support and oversee personnel actions for the payroll team.

Provide full life-cycle recruiting support for assigned requisitions: source, screen, interview, manage offers/onboarding, advise hiring managers, track metrics, run TA projects, and develop employer branding and diverse candidate pipelines.

Builds and manages donor, advisor, prospect, and volunteer relationships to secure planned and major gifts; leads development programs, solicits and stewards donors, supervises staff, collaborates with foundation team, and supports legacy giving outreach and marketing.

Perform account reconciliations, post journal entries, and support monthly and year-end close. Prepare schedules and financial statement analyses, assist with budgeting and audit requests, test related system upgrades, and recommend process improvements.

Provide onsite supply support by restocking and maintaining inventory, filling orders for clinics and walk-ins, handling receiving and returns, rotating stock and removing expired items, correcting inventory discrepancies, and keeping work areas organized.

Provides routine administrative and staff support for Nursing Administration: schedules meetings and travel, manages correspondence and electronic files, prepares reports and charts, assists with data collection and backups, and supports annual budget compilation. Performs other assigned clerical duties.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, post journal entries, prepare financial schedules and reports for month- and year-end close, assist with financial statement preparation, budgeting, audits, system testing, and recommend process improvements.
