Support daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month/year-end close. Use Dynamics 365 and Excel to record transactions, generate reports, assist audits, analyze account activity, and collaborate with teams to resolve financial discrepancies.

Provide administrative and light accounting support, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice and payment posting, expense reimbursement, Dynamics 365 recordkeeping, month-end support, front-desk duties, office organization, and maintaining truck/asset documentation.
