Sell furniture and mattresses in-store, provide excellent customer service, meet sales goals, prospect and build client relationships, complete training, use POS and store systems, and work cooperatively with team and management.

Own and optimize paid and organic search: build and manage PPC campaigns across search and display, develop keyword and content strategies, perform SEO (link-building, site architecture recommendations), leverage AI tools, run A/B tests, report on performance across analytics platforms, and collaborate with marketing to align efforts.

Provide administrative and customer service support for online sales: audit Shopify orders against Storis, process payments and refunds, reconcile accounts, schedule deliveries, investigate fraud, handle high-volume inbound calls/chats, and fulfill orders to initiate third-party funding.

Enter and verify sales and order information in Storis; handle high-volume inbound calls and counter inquiries; process payments, credit applications, and financing paperwork; maintain accurate files and documentation; provide clerical support and customer service; resolve customer questions and discrepancies; perform other assigned office duties.
