As our Online sales support representative, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who helps ensure our customers have an amazing online shopping experience from click to delivery. You'll work with customer orders, payments, scheduling, fraud prevention, chat support, and more, all while helping keep our online business running smoothly.
This position will work out of our Oakwood Village Store.
Pay Rate: $16/hr

What You'll Do
Be the Online Order Expert- Review website orders to ensure everything is accurate and ready to go.
- Compare online orders with our internal systems and make corrections when needed.
- Track direct ship orders and monitor shipping updates.
- Fulfill completed online orders and help ensure financing partners receive the information they need.
Manage Payments Like a Pro
- Process customer payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Balance accounts and reconcile transactions throughout the day.
- Investigate discrepancies and solve payment-related issues.
Protect Our Business
- Review suspicious online transactions and identify potential fraud.
- Help safeguard customers and company revenue by investigating unusual activity.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls, emails, website chats, and customer inquiries.
- Help customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, financing, and account information.
- Schedule delivery, pickup, and service appointments.
- Make every customer interaction friendly, professional, and memorable.
Support Our Team
- Work closely with store associates, delivery teams, financing partners, and customers.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Keep records accurate and organized to support a fast-paced operation.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous clerical experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and web chat.
- Basic reading, comprehension, and numerical reasoning skills; ability to complete paperwork accurately and maintain organized records.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to utilize Storis, Ring Central Phone System, Package AI Routing Software and company intranet systems.
