Process and review payroll for multiple accounts: verify timecards, perform data entry, calculate hours and earnings, audit HR/payroll data for compliance, distribute paychecks, respond to payroll inquiries, and report issues to the Payroll Department Manager.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across departments: source, screen, interview, coordinate offers, maintain ATS records, partner with hiring managers, attend recruiting events, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Lead transformation of data into a strategic enterprise asset by decommissioning legacy finance systems, stabilizing cloud ERP, and building a unified Data Lakehouse. Serve as C-suite advisor, support sales in customer negotiations, design an enterprise data model, hire and scale a high-performing data team, and provide hands-on technical leadership.
