Manage day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of small commercial insurance accounts: support Sales Executives, submit applications, handle renewals, billing, endorsements, certificates, and claims assistance. Advise on exposures and coverage, retain accounts, and ensure accurate policy issuance using AMS360 and ImageRight.

Perform high-volume, accurate insurance data entry and maintain policy files; serve as primary client contact via phone and email; assist agents with documentation and account servicing; explain basic insurance products and resolve billing or policy questions while ensuring compliance.

Entry-level role supporting commercial lines agents with administrative tasks: data entry, document management, processing applications/endorsements/renewals, responding to client inquiries, and participating in training to learn insurance products and procedures.
