Lead finance-focused solution design and requirements gathering for IFS across multiple operating companies. Provide administrative and customer service support to a branch office: manage filing and equipment records, answer and route calls, support invoicing and onboarding/offboarding, coordinate communication between customers, vendors, field staff and supervisors, assist with projects and process improvements, promote safety practices, and support continuous improvement and employee development.

Design and document automated control systems: specify parts, draw electrical schematics and panel layouts, create installation packages, support installations and troubleshooting, collaborate with project teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety.

Manage customer invoicing, process payments, reconcile accounts, monitor and collect overdue receivables, ensure compliance with AR policies and internal controls, support process improvements and documentation, and provide administrative support.

Lead end-to-end machine safety projects: scoping, proposals, resource and financial management, mitigation design and integration, and third-party verification to ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, ISO standards while managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Support enterprise and OpCo marketing across brand, demand generation, CX, and martech. Execute campaigns, manage assets, track performance, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, and maintain data integrity to enable growth and consistent brand experiences.
