Senior VDC BIM Specialist creates and manages 3D electrical models, performs clash detection and resolution, produces 2D CAD and as-built drawings, coordinates with field teams and contractors, supports VDC team members, and recommends process improvements to ensure accurate, constructible models and documentation for project delivery.

Coordinate project billing and administrative tasks across construction sites, including preparing invoices, certified payroll, change orders, vendor communication, document management, cost tracking, and supporting reconciliations and forecasting with the Project Accountant.

Design, validate, and commission machine safety and automation projects from concept through field validation. Perform risk assessments, SRP/CS validations, OSHA press inspections, safety hardware programming, and project documentation. Drive new business and grow customer relationships in an assigned territory for automation solutions. Prepare presentations, proposals, and forecasts, maintain CRM pipeline, collaborate with internal teams to define system requirements and secure orders, resolve customer issues, and uphold safety standards.

Administer and maintain the Cornerstone LMS and related talent modules; coordinate ILT/VILT logistics; manage learner support via KACE; ensure data accuracy and basic reporting; assist with performance management, succession, and L&D projects; create documentation and collaborate with SMEs to maintain training content.

Support the Instructional Design team by organizing content, drafting storyboards, creating quizzes and media assets, assisting eLearning development and QA, preparing LMS uploads, and maintaining project documentation. Gain exposure to the full learning lifecycle and industry tools while contributing to multi-phase training initiatives and collaborating with SMEs.

Serve as an HR business partner supporting multiple branches: lead compensation and benefits analysis, recruiting and workforce planning, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HRIS/recordkeeping to ensure compliance and drive engagement and retention.

Provide administrative and operational support to the tooling department: maintain tooling records and inventory, process purchasing and vendor coordination, track maintenance and calibration, generate reports, support audits, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Drive new business by selling industrial electrical services, build relationships with facility and procurement teams, conduct site visits, collaborate with estimating and operations on proposals, manage CRM and pipeline, negotiate and close agreements, and attend industry events while staying current on electrical codes and technologies.
