Coordinate project billing and administrative tasks across construction sites, including preparing invoices, certified payroll, change orders, vendor communication, document management, cost tracking, and supporting reconciliations and forecasting with the Project Accountant.

Provide administrative and operational support to the tooling department: maintain tooling records and inventory, process purchasing and vendor coordination, track maintenance and calibration, generate reports, support audits, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Support automation engineers by assisting with control system and robotic cell design, PLC/HMI development and testing, drawing review, system testing, documentation, jobsite visits, and safety practices while rotating through automation functions and completing technical training.

Drive new business by selling industrial electrical services, build relationships with facility and procurement teams, conduct site visits, collaborate with estimating and operations on proposals, manage CRM and pipeline, negotiate and close agreements, and attend industry events while staying current on electrical codes and technologies.

Create and maintain coordinated 3D Revit models and construction/shop drawings for electrical/MEP systems. Perform clash detection, incorporate field redlines, support prefab assemblies and quantity takeoffs, and collaborate with VDC, prefab, and field teams to ensure constructability and adherence to BIM standards.

Lead and deliver enterprise IT projects by defining scope, plans, budgets, risks and success metrics; establish PMO and governance; coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, enforce PM methodology, and ensure projects finish on time, on budget, and within scope.

Lead execution of enterprise marketing strategy for assigned OpCo, driving demand generation, brand consistency, CX initiatives, martech oversight, cross-functional alignment, and campaign performance measurement to support pipeline and business growth.
