Leads innovation product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle management for trailer product categories, from concept through launch. Responsibilities include user research, competitive analysis, product roadmapping, requirements definition, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing, KPI development, pricing and positioning, and new product commercialization. The role also promotes experimentation, design thinking, and scalable business solutions across brands and channels.

Develops, launches, and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, layouts, tooling, and production methods. Evaluates bills of materials and engineering change notices for manufacturability and accuracy. Leads cost, quality, efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives; supports cross-functional teams; trains employees; and applies Lean principles such as standard work, flow, Kanban, SMED, and 5S.

Maintains dealership office, inventory, sales, financial, and operations records. Enters sales orders, manages stock data, reconciles books, balances cash, prepares bank deposits, processes purchase order information, supports sales and service paperwork, answers phones, assists customers, and handles local business errands. Requires administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, schedule flexibility, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Supports dealership sales by answering calls, assisting customers, quoting trailers, preparing paperwork, handling cash, maintaining trailer and parts displays, and updating inventory records. Develops wholesale business through outside sales calls and participates in trade shows, farm expos, and related events. Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, commissioned sales experience, and availability Monday through Saturday with overtime as needed.

Manage invoicing, categorize, file, retrieve, scan and distribute physical and electronic documents. Maintain document logs, assist audits and inventories, support sales invoicing, handle customer calls and emails, prepare legal paperwork, and perform general clerical tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Manage manufacturing projects from requirements through deployment: define scope, schedule, budget, and risks; coordinate resources and vendors; maintain performance databases; report status to management; and ensure quality and scope control. Significant travel (30–50%) may be required.

Develop and execute pricing models and analyses to optimize trailer sales profitability across assigned stores and markets. Use large datasets and competitor surveys to recommend pricing, support field initiatives, monitor pricing adherence, and communicate insights to leadership and stores.

Design and maintain a layered Azure Synapse/SQL transformation layer to turn raw ERP data into governed, dimensional models. Build ETL pipelines, optimize performance, manage data pipeline health, and develop Power BI semantic models and DAX measures. Partner with IT on platform improvements, enforce governance and lineage, and manage access and row-level security to deliver consistent business reporting.
