Oversee general accounting operations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, compliance, treasury activities, and nonprofit benefits accounting. Lead accounting staff, maintain internal controls, support board and executive reporting, manage Alliance Benefits financial processes, and serve as backup to the Controller.

The role is residential, includes living accommodations, and is typically held by a couple.

Leads the camp’s vision, strategy, operations, staff, programs, finances, facilities, safety, fundraising, and spiritual development. Oversees hiring and staff development, camper and parent engagement, compliance, risk management, board relations, marketing, and communications. Works with the Board of Directors and district leadership to advance the camp’s mission, sustainability, and program effectiveness.

Owns church-wide communications strategy, content, brand, and digital platforms across websites, email, social media, YouTube, mobile app, and print. Responsibilities include writing and editing, campaign planning, website and platform management, brand governance, volunteer and contractor coordination, video distribution, project workflows, analytics, crisis communications, budget management, and responsible AI adoption. The role is hybrid but requires regular Sunday, event, evening, and weekend availability.

Drives adoption of core technology tools by designing training, configuring platforms, supporting migrations, tracking usage metrics, and improving workflows. Administers tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and ClickUp; translates stakeholder requirements into configurations; supports reporting and dashboards; and partners with ministry leaders and IT teams to improve user engagement and technology value.

Lead production and technical support for worship services, live broadcasts, and major events. Manage weekend service production, develop volunteers, solve technical issues, and coordinate rehearsals, planning, and event support with Worship and Online Ministries leaders.
