Support design and development of embedded systems and vehicle sensing/control components. Support and improve machining and welding shop-floor processes, develop operator work instructions, participate on product launch teams, reduce setup/changeover times, implement continuous improvement and lean initiatives, validate work routers, and assist with capital planning and manufacturing capability expansion.

Lead and supervise a team developing axle, suspension, and brake electronic control systems for commercial vehicles. Oversee ECU programming, system design, SIL/HIL validation, DFMEA, hardware/software integration, calibration, and standards compliance (ISO 26262, SAE). Drive employee development, process improvement, and act as technical liaison for controls strategy and sourcing decisions.

Drive sales growth for military and specialty vehicle markets by promoting Hendrickson products to OEMs, government entities, fleets, and end users. Develop business strategies, negotiate commercial agreements, support product performance and installations, resolve field issues, manage forecasts and customer relationships, and represent the company at industry events. Requires cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, procurement, and sales teams.
