Provides application engineering support, prepares quotations and technical drawings, develops project plans, manages costs and risks, supports factory witness testing, and coordinates internal teams, customers, and vendors. The role also promotes cooling products, identifies product applications and cost improvements, and ensures documentation and customer commitments are properly managed.

Designs engineering drawings, bills of materials, technical documents, and cooling product concepts for data center and commercial applications. Reviews test data, supports manufacturing and quality teams, resolves customer and vendor technical issues, and recommends design improvements and cost reductions. Leads assigned design, testing, and prototype projects while coordinating product compliance certifications with agencies such as UL and Intertek. Provides customer and proposal support and travels to customer sites, vendors, and trade shows as needed.

Lead day-to-day engineering operations for the Diamond Vision Systems Division, working hands-on with engineers to design systems, resolve complex technical and quality issues, manage supplier sourcing and overseas factory coordination, and develop engineering talent.
