The role requires technical knowledge of HVAC, mission-critical infrastructure, power quality, and data center solutions, along with strong commercial, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Lead day-to-day engineering operations for the Diamond Vision Systems Division, working hands-on with engineers to design systems, resolve complex technical and quality issues, manage supplier sourcing and overseas factory coordination, and develop engineering talent. Support product development execution, warranty resolution, and translate technical capability into market and customer value.

Provide administrative support to division leadership: coordinate communications, schedule meetings, prepare reports and presentations, assist onboarding and training, manage travel and expenses, plan meetings and events, and act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders to maintain professional division operations.

Leads project-focused product management across research, planning, development, launch, commercialization, and lifecycle management of critical power products. Manages project management staff, governs product and project processes, aligns roadmaps, drives customer and market insights, oversees reporting, supports partner engagements, and collaborates with engineering, procurement, quality, customers, and senior leadership.

Provides accounting guidance and financial analysis to manufacturing divisions, including monthly reporting, variance analysis, journal entries, GAAP compliance, forecasting, inventory accounting, physical inventory planning, cost control, and annual business planning. The role also advises and trains finance personnel, supports data accuracy, and communicates financial information to leadership and non-financial stakeholders.

Reviews fixed assets, shipments, invoicing, commissions, budgets, receivables, taxes, warranties, and monthly accounting entries. Performs subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliations, prepares performance reports and audit work papers, monitors departmental projects, supports monthly closings, and coordinates sales and use tax reporting. The role requires accounting analysis experience, knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis, and strong spreadsheet skills.

Own sales and project management across a geographic territory: generate leads, close product and service sales, prepare quotes/contracts, forecast performance, and manage project planning, budgets, installations, and coordination with field service teams and vendors.
