Design, implement, and manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP/OpenStack) with high availability, storage (NetApp), Windows and Linux integration, automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform/CloudFormation), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and migration/POC support. Lead system administration and IA for a DoD enclave: implement and enforce DoN access, maintain IA certifications and PKI, run vulnerability scans and STIG-based patching, support ACAS and ATO processes, install and maintain hardware/software, monitor performance, manage backups/disaster recovery, provide end-user support, and ensure compliance with DoD/SECNAV security policies.

Provide lead INFOSEC support for classification and declassification policy, reviews, training, and audits. Conduct gap analyses, prepare draft guidance and reports, perform ADR/MDR reviews, maintain OCA records, and support requests and meetings for NGB and JFHQ-State. Create and deliver training materials and coordinate security classification guide procedures and mandatory reporting.
