Processes standard and manual invoices, check requests, refunds, and utility payments through accounts payable workflows. Maintains vendor documentation and portfolios, researches invoice discrepancies, supports community teams and vendors, and trains invoice approvers. Performs data entry, filing, scanning, record maintenance, and other accounting administration while ensuring accurate, timely payments and collaborating across the accounting team.

Leads overall operations, governance, resident engagement, communications, amenities, budgets, and team development for a growing master-planned community. Develops strategic and operating plans, manages financial performance, builds relationships with developers, boards, residents, vendors, government organizations, and community partners, and strengthens community participation and standards. This onsite role requires experienced people leadership, stakeholder communication, independent decision-making, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Develops resident-focused communications, eblasts, website content, and digital outreach for a planned community. Manages WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and event registration platforms; reports engagement data; supports community events and programming; incorporates resident feedback; and coordinates with residents, vendors, volunteers, committees, and internal teams. Requires strong writing, organization, technical, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with onsite availability and occasional evening or weekend work.

Builds relationships with residents, partners, vendors, and stakeholders while managing event logistics, contracts, budgets, and participation feedback. Creates and edits resident communications across email, websites, print materials, and event platforms, maintaining brand consistency and coordinating multiple projects from concept through execution.

Leads Verrado’s community operations, governance, strategic planning, financial performance, engagement, communications, and stakeholder relationships. Oversees an on-site team, boards, committees, vendors, developer partners, budgets, amenities, community standards, and strategic initiatives. Builds partnerships with residents, government, schools, nonprofits, and businesses while representing the community within Cohere and supporting organizational leadership.
