Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.

At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.

We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.

We’re looking for a Community Communications Coordinator to join our team at Mariposa, a quintessential New Mexico community just north of Albuquerque, surrounded by more than 2,000 acres of preserved and protected lands and offering a balance of wide-open spaces and connected living.

In this role, you’ll help bring the Mariposa experience to life through thoughtful resident communications, digital content, outreach, and community programming. You’ll create clear, engaging messaging, help keep residents informed and connected, and support initiatives that bring residents, neighbors, nonprofits, and community partners together.

This is an opportunity to combine strong writing, creativity, organization, and technology skills in a role where your work directly shapes how residents experience and connect with their community.

If you’re someone who enjoys turning information into engaging communications, managing multiple projects, and building meaningful connections through thoughtful outreach, we’d love to meet you.
