Drive outside HVAC sales by building relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners. Manage strategic accounts and complex pipelines, deliver tailored HVAC solutions, coordinate projects with internal teams, handle quotations and logistics, and maintain technical expertise while promoting product lines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support corporate accounting in a multi-entity HVAC enterprise by performing day-to-day accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany and consolidation tasks, audit support, tax and M&A accounting assistance, and process improvements while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong documentation.

Support sales engineers with HVAC equipment selection, pricing, proposals, submittals, order entry, customer service, and jobsite coordination/verification. Assist engineers, contractors, and end users with technical and installation questions.

Manage HVAC project coordination including submittals, equipment selection, pricing, schedules, ship dates, and customer communication. Oversee multiple projects, ensure cost and schedule alignment, generate submittals and quotes, track shipments, and collaborate with sales, parts, service, and accounting to maintain customer satisfaction.

Support accounting and operations by processing invoices, following up on payments, filing construction legal documents, maintaining records, tracking job costs, and assisting operations with administrative reporting and coordination.

Performs job takeoffs, attends walk-throughs, creates job folders in Spectrum, handles order entry, and supports operations post hand-off. Occasional site travel and overnight stays required.

Coordinate with outside sales to estimate, quote, and configure HVAC and building automation equipment. Produce pre-job folders, control and piping layouts, equipment schedules and specifications. Perform job takeoffs, attend pre-bid walk-throughs, create submittals and factory control configurations, enter orders, support operations post hand-off, and assist with training interns.

Grow the Residential and Light Commercial HVAC customer base within a designated territory through outside sales, relationship building, product education, quoting/proposal generation, and meeting sales targets. Coordinate with parts, marketing, and manufacturers, attend trade shows and training, log activity in Sugar CRM, and travel regionally to support customers and drive market share.
