Designs, programs, and maintains HVAC control software; troubleshoots remotely and onsite; supports customers and technicians; coordinates team activities, safety training, and project billing/scheduling. Requires travel and leadership.

Manage project accounting lifecycle: create and approve billings in Intacct and Ariba, set up and close project accounts, maintain contracts/change orders, process postings/allocations/accruals, review supplier invoices, investigate variances, coordinate receivables, and report project profitability.

Support corporate consolidated financial reporting, intercompany accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and technical accounting. Assist with audit requests, sales tax compliance, cash reporting, ERP processes, and M&A purchase accounting and post-acquisition integration in a multi-entity environment.

Provide administrative and coordination support across parts, service, sales, and project teams in an HVAC/MEP environment. Maintain project documentation, track schedules and shipments, assist with quotes and order entry, communicate routine updates, support submittals/IOMs, and coordinate between internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

Perform and review complex GAAP accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany and commission accounting, month-end close, variance analysis, consolidation support, audit preparation, ERP (Oracle/NetSuite) data integrity, and process improvement while mentoring staff accountants.

Perform and review complex GAAP accounting for multiple entities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, commission accounting, month-end close, variance analysis, and consolidation support. Ensure compliance with policies, support audits, maintain internal controls, drive ERP and process improvements, and mentor staff accountants in a fast-paced, growth environment.

Support regional GAAP accounting across multiple entities including month-end close, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, commission accruals, and variance analysis. Ensure GAAP compliance, assist with audits, contribute to ERP and process improvements, and collaborate with FP&A, AR/AP, sales, and regional finance teams.

Promote and sell HVAC equipment and DDC building automation systems to mechanical engineers and contractors. Prepare bids, proposals, layouts, and technical submittals. Build and maintain customer and manufacturer relationships, support sales team coordination, attend job sites and trade shows, and handle follow-up, warranty/freight issues, and occasional overnight travel.

Sell HVAC equipment and solutions to commercial and residential customers. Build and maintain client relationships, prepare and execute sales calls, engineer project specifications, bid and negotiate contracts, manage project installations, troubleshoot product issues, and collaborate with project coordinators and engineers to meet sales goals.

Provide technical HVAC system design, equipment selection, and application support to sales, contractors, and customers. Prepare equipment schedules, submittals, quotes, and takeoffs; troubleshoot applications; collaborate with design engineers and outside sales from pre-sale through installation while staying current on codes and best practices.
