Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution as a partner to Head of Talent. Own senior leader recruiting, manage and develop a recruiting team, drive metrics-driven and AI-enabled sourcing, ensure compliance, and present hiring insights to senior leaders while improving processes and candidate experience.

Design, develop, and maintain global eCommerce storefronts and internal web apps using Adobe ACCS, BigCommerce, modern front-end frameworks (React, JS, TypeScript), GraphQL, and related Adobe services. Build responsive, accessible UX/UI, integrate third-party APIs/webhooks, manage deployments, optimize performance/SEO, and support production operations.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations; maintain general ledger integrity; assist with financial reporting, acquisition accounting, SOX/internal control activities, audit support, and process improvements.

Lead implementation of a new business channel and support procurement for distribution. Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics integrated with Component Control Quantum ERP. Manage strategic sourcing, RFP/SOW preparation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase orders, requisition tracking, and supplier site visits.

Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly close including journal entries, reconciliations, GL maintenance, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting. Research accounting standards, support audits, manage fixed assets, analyze variances, support budgeting/forecasting, participate in ERP/system implementations and integrations, mentor junior staff, and partner cross-functionally to ensure GAAP-compliant financials.

Implements and administers global employee benefits programs, ensures compliance with 401(k), ACA and SCA rules, manages vendor relationships, leads annual enrollment and system/process improvements, coordinates with HRIS/Payroll/IT, and handles complex benefits escalations.

Design and develop the backend architecture for a scalable e-commerce platform, building APIs, microservices, integrations, payment and inventory systems, and CI/CD/monitoring. Optimize databases and performance, ensure security and compliance, collaborate with frontend, DevOps and product teams, and support ERP and third-party integrations to handle high transaction volumes.

Lead advanced export compliance activities including sales order reviews, restricted party screening, ECCN and Schedule B classifications, export documentation (AES, commercial invoices, SLIs), licensing analysis under the EAR, audit support, mentoring junior staff, and resolving regulatory discrepancies to ensure shipment readiness and compliance.

Serve as VSE's single point of contact for major OEM partners managing engine accessories programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet OEM technical, schedule, and reporting requirements; lead contract negotiations, audits, financial tracking, strategic network planning, and product lifecycle decisions. Drive product improvements with MRO network and ensure timely deliverables. Role requires worldwide travel and stakeholder influence.

Partner with business leaders to manage recruiting, employee/labor relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and learning. Lead end-to-end recruitment, audits, investigations, onboarding, documentation, reporting, workforce planning, and community outreach while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
