Administers employee benefits and leave programs, including open enrollment, claims, vendor coordination, and compliance with federal and California regulations. Manages CFRA, PFL, FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and company leave programs. Serves as the primary employee contact, maintains documentation, prepares reports, supports payroll, conducts benefits education, and facilitates leave transitions and return-to-work processes while protecting sensitive personal information.

Presents Optima Protection Plan services to qualified clients, explains benefits, assists with tax preparation and additional services, reviews closed cases, navigates CRM systems, coordinates case movement across teams, and delivers a strong customer experience while meeting daily responsibilities.

Respond to inbound/outbound calls to assess and qualify prospective clients for tax-resolution services, enroll clients in Optima's programs, protect client PII, complete required CTEC certification, attend initial on-site training, and forward enrolled clients to tax resolution staff.

Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and amended tax returns; communicate with members to verify documents and provide status updates; review transcripts and member files; collaborate with internal teams to bring members into tax compliance while protecting PII and delivering timely, accurate reports.
