Provide free, confidential business advising to entrepreneurs, maintain client records, develop stakeholder relationships, produce promotional materials, complete reporting, and create SBDC training and impact analyses.

Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS/payroll support, policy drafting, employee relations, training oversight, and HR team supervision to support program departments and audits/grants.

Lead CMAA's finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasts, audits, cash flow, A/R and A/P, grant accounting, supervising a finance team, and advising executive leadership and the board on financial strategy and compliance.
