Generate and qualify outbound leads for mid-to-large shippers, communicate transportation capabilities (FTL/LTL/intermodal), set meetings for sales, collaborate with account executives and operations on custom solutions, maintain CRM and pipeline, meet lead-generation targets, and track industry trends.

Support day-to-day LTL freight operations by processing shipments, resolving BOL discrepancies, disputing incorrect charges, filing freight claims, building and adjusting orders in TMS, managing imports via Kanopi, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and maintaining rate and classification knowledge.

Optimize the end-to-end revenue process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Own CRM administration (data integrity, workflows, user adoption), marketing automation, lead routing, and campaign attribution. Build dashboards and KPIs, maintain the revenue tech stack, identify automation opportunities, support forecasting and planning, and provide executive reporting and cross-functional process documentation to improve pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.
