Manages the accounting department and ensures accurate, timely financial documentation. Responsibilities include journal entries, general ledger and bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, audit support, inventory accounting, vendor administration, licensing, capital expenditure reconciliation, and staff supervision. The role supports the Controller with banking, financial processes, and special projects while collaborating with operations in a hospitality club environment.

Develops and manages employee training programs, new-hire orientation, onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and hospitality service excellence initiatives. Administers the Learning Management System, tracks training completion, maintains records, evaluates effectiveness, and partners with HR and department leaders to identify skill gaps. Facilitates workshops, supports employee engagement and performance development, and promotes a culture of continuous learning and exceptional member and guest service.
