Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team: manage calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefings and reports, track initiatives, support leadership meetings and retreats, plan agency-wide events, handle confidential correspondence, reconcile expenses, and oversee special projects to strengthen organizational alignment and culture.

Processes invoices and payments, scans/codes documents, performs entry-level accounting and clerical tasks, prepares deposits and simple reports, handles mail and correspondence, supports provider inquiries, assists with foster/adoption payments, and performs bank/post office deliveries and other fiscal support duties. Serves as backup to other Fiscal Specialists and supports cross-training.

Provide Level 1 and 2 in-person and remote support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment; install, patch, and repair Windows systems and peripherals; set up wireless systems; train new hires; safeguard Protected Health Information as required.
