Serve as primary advocate for middle and high school students, overseeing non-academic student matters, discipline, spiritual formation, campus safety, and family engagement. Partner with the MS/HS Principal to develop restorative culture, supervise daily campus operations and events, implement student/parent handbook policies, and support staff development while modeling Christ-centered leadership and supporting the schools mission.

Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership efforts to meet $500K-$1M+ annual targets. Build major-donor pipeline, oversee CRM and giving platforms, design scalable development systems, manage donor stewardship and events, cultivate community and church partnerships, lead and train staff/volunteers, and track performance and compliance to drive sustainable revenue growth.
