Design visual assets for Sunday services and church environments, including sermon slides, digital displays, signage, website wireframes, and print materials. Collaborate with communications and creative teams to maintain brand consistency, develop environmental design concepts and installations, manage multiple projects, and support web development and social media needs.

Lead all fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership efforts to meet $500K-$1M+ annual targets. Build major-donor pipeline, oversee CRM and giving platforms, design scalable development systems, manage donor stewardship and events, cultivate community and church partnerships, lead and train staff/volunteers, and track performance and compliance to drive sustainable revenue growth.
