Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO (and occasionally CAO/COO), managing complex calendars, meeting logistics, communications triage, drafting correspondence, tracking action items, and serving as primary liaison to the board. Maintain confidentiality, prepare board packets and reports, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of leadership operations.

Supports the principal by directing instructional programs, implementing curriculum and policies, using data to drive instruction, coaching and evaluating staff, maintaining school safety and compliance, engaging families and community partners, and assisting with budget and building management to promote student and staff development.
