The role requires regular in-office work, supervisory experience, strong organization, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Guides prospective students through application and registration using high-volume calls, texts, and emails. Follows approved scripts, verifies required information, completes accurate registrations, documents every interaction, meets daily outreach and enrollment targets, maintains compliance, and escalates unclear eligibility, complaints, or system issues.
