Provide front-desk and administrative support at an on-site HUB: welcome students and visitors, manage inquiries, maintain records and attendance, perform data entry and filing, assist with events, and help staff ensure student engagement and progress. Maintain confidentiality and a tidy workspace; occasional evenings/weekends possible.

Lead sales and partnership efforts with schools, communities, and businesses to drive enrollment and revenue. Build and coach a high-performing sales team, generate leads, negotiate deals, and manage KPIs including retention, conversion, pipeline value, and new partnership acquisition. Represent the organization at events, provide market insights to refine strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to execute growth initiatives.
