Maintain and troubleshoot networks and systems (VPNs, routers, switches, LAN/WAN, mainframes). Provide helpdesk support, onboard/offboard users, document network configurations, assist with ERP and Ignition issues, review updates for compliance, and deliver user training and escalation to management.

Lead process and plant engineering operations, manage process and automation engineering staff, execute CapEx plans, oversee capital projects, support manufacturing and maintenance on equipment reliability and breakdowns, and promote safety and cross‑functional collaboration.
