Provide visionary academic leadership for portions of academic affairs across college campuses, overseeing curriculum, hiring, program development/revision, budgets, accreditation interactions, and community/industry partnerships. Promote equity, shared governance, and campus safety; participate in college-wide initiatives, committees, and campus coverage including evenings/weekends as needed.

Provide college-wide leadership for Customized Training and Continuing Education, managing non-credit and contract training, budgets, staff, and industry partnerships. Develop stackable credentials, micro-credentials, and revenue-generating programs; pursue grants; ensure integration with academic pathways and compliance with policy. Lead outreach, sales growth, and workforce ecosystem collaboration to support program sustainability.

Lead institutional effectiveness by building data management and assessment systems, performing and presenting data analyses, facilitating strategic planning, and implementing project and change management frameworks to drive student success, equity goals, accreditation support, CRM selection, and continuous institutional improvement.

Lead Riverland Community College's marketing, branding, communications, media relations, crisis and event functions. Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing and communications plan, manage budgets and projects, support enrollment and retention campaigns, coordinate campus and community events, serve as primary emergency and media contact, and advise college leadership on messaging and brand consistency.

Lead development and maintenance of the master course schedule, optimize room utilization, and analyze enrollment and student success data. Coordinate Academic and Student Affairs projects, prepare reports and dashboards, develop predictive models, provide training, resolve scheduling conflicts, and support data-informed decision-making to improve access, equity, and program efficiency.

Coordinate student teaching placements and partnerships, advise teacher candidates on progression and licensure, maintain compliance and candidate records (ELC/Tevera), support assessment and accreditation data, and contribute to continuous improvement and outreach activities.
