Design, integrate, test, and sustain electrical and electronic systems for CNC control units. Create cabling systems, write ECOs/BOM updates, evaluate components, run tests and pilot runs, troubleshoot failures, produce engineering documentation, and support production under departmental supervision.

Support electrical engineering teams by selecting and qualifying electronic components, tracking obsolescence, finding alternative sources, managing vendor relations and approved vendor lists, conducting failure analysis, and resolving manufacturing issues to ensure reliable components and standards.

Support manufacturing of electrical assemblies by documenting processes, troubleshooting issues, designing and implementing tooling, creating work instructions, improving safety/productivity/quality, deploying new parts to production, and specifying facility layouts and equipment. Work closely with production personnel to solve problems and implement solutions.

Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, leave and workers' compensation management, employee relations and investigations, policy compliance, training and organizational development, HRIS reporting, performance management, OSHA coordination, and HR communications. Serve as HR point of contact and support department initiatives and process improvements.

Support production by documenting processes, troubleshooting assemblies, designing and implementing tooling, creating work instructions, deploying new parts to production, improving safety/productivity/quality, and specifying facility layouts and equipment.

Plans and directs quality system activities including reviewing engineering change orders, auditing, resolving manufacturing and assembly issues, specifying and procuring inspection equipment, designing inspection fixtures, creating detailed drawings and inspection controls, performing random audits, initiating corrective actions, and reporting findings to maintain product quality.

Lead end-to-end mechanical product design for complex machine-tool systems: conceive concepts, design parts and assemblies, specify materials and heat-treats, create manufacturing/assembly procedures and tooling, develop and run test methods, support production launches and service, and provide technical leadership and documentation.

Plans and directs development, application, and maintenance of the quality system. Reviews engineering change orders, performs audits, investigates and resolves manufacturing/assembly issues, specifies and purchases inspection equipment, designs inspection aids and fixtures, creates detail drawings and inspection controls, initiates corrective actions, and uses department software to support quality processes.
