Lead and manage the statewide network services team, overseeing LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, monitoring, incident response, vendor management, modernization roadmaps, security/compliance, budgeting, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure secure, highly available services.

Lead design, development, maintenance, and support of MuleSoft/API-driven integrations; supervise the Integration Management team; troubleshoot and resolve production incidents; implement monitoring and logging; collaborate with architects, app teams, and stakeholders; produce documentation and drive integration standards and modernization.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise applications using COBOL. Performs systems analysis, program design, coding, testing, and documentation. Gathers business requirements from user departments, prepares impact/cost reports, monitors project status, provides user training, and assists the supervisor with work assignments and performance evaluations. Ensures compliance with security and organizational standards; may travel and perform light lifting.

Provide confidential executive assistant and constituent liaison support to the Director and Legislative Affairs staff: prepare correspondence and reports, screen calls and mail, coordinate responses to legislators, maintain records and records retention, manage appointments and travel, and input constituent transactions into departmental databases.

Review and process securities and investment adviser registration applications, analyze filings and financial statements, investigate suspected fraud, communicate with applicants and regulators, process changes and transfers, and refer cases to enforcement as needed.

Coordinate and deliver investor education statewide: develop presentation and communication materials, schedule and report program activity, liaise with agencies and legislative staff, conduct research, prepare confidential memoranda and maintain program records.

Coordinate and manage the Investor Education Program: develop live and virtual presentation content, outreach to community organizations, present statewide, compile program statistics, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, prepare confidential memoranda and reports, and handle administrative duties supporting the Deputy Director.
